The Coach Behind the Training

Hi, I'm Tom. Welcome to Train With Main.

 

Sport has shaped most of my life, but coaching has shaped how I see people.

I’ve competed in several sports at a high level, travelled the world, lived abroad for years, and experienced firsthand how quickly routines fall apart when life changes. That’s why I don’t coach around perfect schedules or ideal conditions. I coach around real people, real constraints, and real lives.

 

My goal isn’t to push people harder than they can sustain — it’s to help them build fitness, strength, and confidence in a way that actually lasts.

Mission

My mission is to help people build habits they can keep, wherever they are.

I work with people who travel, live abroad, work long hours, or simply don’t fit the mould of traditional gym culture. By adapting training and nutrition to their environment, schedule, and goals, I help them make steady progress without burning out or starting over every few months.

Good coaching isn’t about control — it’s about guidance, clarity, and trust built over time.

Vision

I want training and nutrition to feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Too many people think they’ve “failed” because they couldn’t stick to extreme plans that were never designed for real life. My vision is to change that — to show people that progress comes from consistency, adaptability, and understanding their own situation, not from punishment or perfection.

 

Fitness should add to your life, not compete with it.
