Video Consultation Booking Policy 1. Consultation Purpose The free video consultation is an introductory call designed to discuss your goals, current routine, lifestyle, and suitability for online coaching. It is not a training session, medical consultation, or personalised program delivery. 2. Booking & Scheduling Consultations are booked in advance through the online booking system and conducted via video call at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are available, in a quiet space, and able to join the call on time. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the booking confirmation email or by contacting me directly. Missed consultations or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rebooked. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than 10 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or cancelled at my discretion, and may not be rebooked. 5. Health & Medical Disclaimer By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. The consultation does not replace medical advice. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns, you should seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. 6. No Obligation There is no obligation to purchase coaching services following the consultation. The call is intended to help both parties determine whether working together would be a good fit. 7. Confidentiality & Privacy All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of discussing coaching suitability and services. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 8. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue consultations if behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, or not aligned with the scope of my services. 9. Agreement By booking a video consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
